Position Overview:

Alpha Capital is seeking a driven and results-oriented Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing leads by calling property owners and identifying potential multifamily acquisition opportunities. You will play a crucial role in supporting our Directors of Acquisitions by generating high-quality leads that turn into investment opportunities for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively call property owners to identify potential multifamily acquisition opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners to create a pipeline of prospective deals.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify target properties and owners.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with property owners and potential leads.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Directors of Acquisitions to ensure smooth transition of leads and support the due diligence process.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on lead generation activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in real estate or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends is a plus.
