The recognition celebrates the company’s $25,000+ contribution over the past three years, supporting paediatric patients, schools, churches, and foster homes across Connecticut.

The award was presented during the annual dinner at The Woodwinds in Branford. Members of Alpha Capital’s leadership, including CEO Tyler Smith, Director of Acquisitions Joe Ireland, Director of Investor Relations Justin Sudol, and Director of Digital Marketing Micah Bailey, attended the ceremony to accept the award.
Their presence underscores Alpha’s ongoing commitment to building stronger communities alongside its work in real estate.

While best known for real estate investing, Alpha Capital integrates philanthropy into its culture. Each year, the team raises funds through its network and personally selects and donates toys, ensuring every contribution is meaningful for the children they support.
“Giving back is core to who we are at Alpha Capital,” said Tyler Smith, CEO. “This award reminds us that real estate is about more than properties—it’s about people.”
By taking a hands-on approach, Alpha Capital ensures that its impact extends far beyond financial contributions.
Receiving the Toy Closet Gratitude Award is not just recognition—it’s motivation to continue giving. This December, Alpha Capital will host its 4th Annual “Alpha All The Way” Toy Drive, an event that grows each year with the support of friends, families, and its network of investors.
Over the past three years, the initiative has raised nearly $25,000. This year, the team aims to reach even more children across Connecticut, spreading joy and creating lasting memories for families.

Alpha Capital expresses heartfelt thanks to everyone who has supported its philanthropic work. These efforts reflect the company’s broader mission: investing not only in properties but in the people and neighbourhoods that make up the communities it serves.
